MBH Rogers Concrete Masters provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services to residential and commercial clients in Rogers, AR and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.

We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project. However, specific project details, timelines, and pricing are subject to individual contract agreements.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are good faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, changes requested by you, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After this period, we may need to revise pricing based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may result in additional fees and could affect future service availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials, labor, and other costs already incurred.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals, and providing accurate information about your property and project requirements.

Please inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden installations before we begin work. Damage to undisclosed items may result in additional repair costs.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We value your satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate issues.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the State of Arkansas.
